Learn some tips and tricks for proper running form with Heather from the Bellevue Family YMCA. This video will guide you through some stretches you can do to prepare for your run, go over proper running form, and ends with another series of stretches you can do after your run. Supplies needed: chair (optional) 

5K Fun Run
