Four Small Ways to Make Your Workout More Fun

Whether you made resolutions for the year or your goals change each month, we have some ideas on how to make your workout fun!
1. Work out with a buddy
A buddy can share your workout goals and hold accountability. Need help finding someone to workout with? Let us and we can introduce you fellow members with similar interests.
2. Try a land or water exercise class
If you usually only do swim exercise classes shake things up and try a land based group exercise class or vise versa. It's good for your body to change up your routine every once in a while.
3. Sign up for a Personal Wellness Plan
Take some time with a health consultant to talk about your goals and create a plan that will keep your workouts fun and fresh.
