Summer Day Camp: Youth, ages 3–18-years old, will make new friends and explore the endless possibilities for fun at action-packed camps with activities that promote learning, play, skill-building and sense of belonging.
Early Education Child Care: Y Early Education programs for kids ages 6 weeks–5 years are enriching and positive places to learn, grow, and thrive. Highly skilled staff provide gentle, nurturing care so kids feels safe to explore and discover as they become school ready.
Before and After School Enrichment: The Y is proud to partner with schools and families to enhance out-of-school time for youth. We provide high-quality, active learning opportunities designed to engage and expand young minds through our enrichment programs.
Diabetes Prevention Program: Year-long program for adults with prediabetes to reduce risk for type 2 diabetes through decreasing body weight by and increasing physical activity.
Lose to Win Weight Management: 12-week healthy lifestyles program focused on sustainable ways to eat healthier, increase physical activity and lose weight.
Actively Changing Together (ACT!): 12-week youth and family obesity prevention program for youth ages 8-14 in the 85th percentile of weight-for-age or above along with family members to establish healthy eating habits and physical activity routines.
Health Coaching/Wellness Planning: Sessions with a certified Health Coach focused on establishing SMART individual wellness planning goals for healthy eating, physical activity and stress management related.
Swim Lessons: Swim programs with a clear progression track to monitor achievement while emphasizing personal safety around water. Kids ages 6 months through adults of all skill levels are eligible.
Providing Support and Inspiring Action in Our Communities: Ys, with our members, volunteers, donors, leaders, and partners across the state give back through charitable support, food programs, social services, blood drives, health fairs, volunteerism, civic engagement and advocacy.
