Pilates Reformer - Group - Intermediate

Group Reformer classes offer a challenging and fun workout in a small group setting. Exercises performed on the Reformer and accompanying apparatus offer all the benefits of Pilates, including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The adjustable spring load and pulley system of the Reformer will support your body as you move through movements of varying intensity designed to help you engage the deeper muscles that stabilize your joints. This Intermediate level class is intended for those who have completed a Fundamentals class and are ready to progress to more challenging and advanced moves on the Reformer.
