Amy wanted her son, Tavery, to be able to have an amazing and awesome summer experience, like many of his friends. But the cost of day camp was too expensive for their family. Thanks to financial assistance from the annual fund drive, Tavery was able to participate in day camp at the Y—making new friends, learning new skills, and developing his social skills with the encouragement and support of caring, friendly staff.
