colman ww giant swing.jpgTucked away on beautiful Orcas Island in Washington's San Juan Islands, YMCA Camp Orkila provides the ideal setting for a weekend getaway. Come enjoy the spectacular view of Presidents Channel and over 280 acres of beach and forest. Orkila is the perfect place to relax and play. Enjoy various creative crafts such as pottery and jewelry making, the zipline and the giant swing. Strengthen your body with activities such as yoga, kayaking and hiking. Replenish your spirit with a massage or a walk on the beach.  Reconnect with friends and make new ones while nurturing your sprit, mind and body.

Do you enjoy quilting, crafting and making new friends?  With more than 280 acres of beaches and forests, Camp Orkila is the perfect place to relax and catch up on your favorite quilt or craft project!  Share ideas and tips with other like-minded women and indulge your creative side while enjoying the beauty of the San Juan Islands.

2015 Dates: January 22-25 (arrive Thursday or Friday)
 
**Please note: We are changing to a new registration database on November 11th, and will delay processing Quilt and Craft payments submitted before that date. We will hold onto your registration and reserve your spot, but will NOT charge your credit card or cash any checks until after November 11th. Thank you for your understanding as we make this transition, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Whatever you have in mind, we can help you carry out a successful event.  Groups from 10 to 400 can be accommodated in our waterfront facility.  Click here to see a description of the various accommodations, activities, and rates for this year.
