At the Y, your safety and the safety of our communities is our highest priority. Our vaccine policy is based on the most recent King County health order and is intended to help protect visitors, staff, and our county’s health care system, and prevent business closures by slowing the spread of the Delta variant in King County. Thank you for all that you are doing to help keep yourself, our staff, and our community safe at the Y.
Beginning Monday, October 25, people ages 12 and older will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR test result from within the last 3 days to enter your local Ys.
Children ages 11 and under are not yet eligible to be vaccinated and therefore not required as of yet.
Masks are still required of everyone 5-years-old and up, regardless of vaccination status. Read our mask policy
This policy reflects the most recent King County health order and will help protect our community, including our county's health care system, by slowing the spread of COVID-19 in King County.
To help with this transition, members of the Y can opt to show proof of vaccination early and skip the line with our Vaccination Fast Pass. With this benefit, visitors will only have to show their proof of vaccination once.
To have a Fast Pass added to your account, simply bring proof of your vaccination status to your local Y beginning Tuesday, October 12.
We'll update your account, complete with a new photo, and you will not have to show vaccine verification again to enter! Read our policy to see acceptable forms of proof.
Thanks for helping us transition to this new entry system. We appreciate all that you do to help keep yourself, our staff, and our community safe at the Y.
Read our full policy update for all the details.
Together we can beat this pandemic.
