Please join us on Tuesday, February 21 at 6pm for a free kettlebell demonstration class! Learn how kettlebells can add variety to your workout! Sign up at the Member Services desk. 

 

Kettlebells are a great way to combine cardio and strength exercise, multi-joint movement patterns, and core strength exercise into your workout routine. Their functional design allows for more natural movements, progressive training, and total body conditioning.
