This week's resource will help you to develop realistic and specific action plans for each week that will support your long term health and wellness goals with our SMART Goal Toolkit. This toolkit walks you through the importance of effective goal setting and invites you to create a new SMART goal each week. Practice writing example goals and then complete the Focus Area Self Assessment to help you prioritize what areas will have the greatest impact.
