Welcome to Week Four!

Understanding Physical Activity

All too often, we feel like we have to endure our workouts. Instead, let's explore how we can enjoy our time being physically active. By choosing things we like to do, we are more likely to do it, and continue doing it! It is important to start slow, but we recommend working up to at least 150 minutes of "moderate" physical activity each week. That's just 30 minutes, 5 days per week. Check out the resources below to help identify what types of activity you enjoy, what the right effort level is for YOU and how you can keep the momentum going.

WEEK FOUR: Understanding Physical Activity
