8 Weeks to Wellness with the Y is a virtual health and wellness experience designed to provide you with the tools to establish healthy habits that you can maintain for a lifetime. This is not a quick-fix approach but instead focuses on small sustainable changes to help you achieve your long-term health goals and is for anyone looking to become their healthiest self.

The Program Week by Week
We provide you with eight weeks of lessons, resources, tips, and advice to provide you a foundation to achieve your long-term goals. But you are in charge and can customize the program to go at a pace of your choosing to meet you where you are now and get you where you want to be.
Set-up for Success
Week one includes strategies around meal-planning, incorporating physical activity into your daily routine, and keeping yourself accountable by tracking both of these. By taking a few small steps to plan now, you will be more likely to meet your long-term goals.

As a participant in the 8 Weeks to Wellness with the Y program, you will be provided with a host of resources to help you plan and track your meals and physical activities along with other tools to help you take charge of your well-being.
Participants have access to our library of live streaming and on-demand fitness videos from favorite Y instructors plus cooking classes featuring original nutricious and delicious recipes created by Y staff.
Private Facebook Group
The private Facebook group gives the opportunity to interact with and gain support from other program participants. Additionally, it provides a forum to ask Y nutrition and fitness experts questions along the way.
The Real Deal: Advice & Motivation
