The breadth of our health and wellness programs illustrates our mission to help people live their healthiest lives. At the Y, we know everyone's fitness journey is personal so we are committed to helping you achieve your health goals on whatever path works best for you. Our programs cover everything from weight and nutrition support and chronic disease prevention to cancer survivor support and programs for people with Parkinson's.

Free to members, this program helps you achieve your desired weight loss permanently by establishing accountability, planning, and problem solving measures all while receiving group and coach support. Now available, a participant journal, to help you track your journey.
A personalized wellness plan is a free one-time meeting with a health coach who works with you to identify your strengths and opportunities. You will create an individualized plan that will help you get the most out of your membership and achieve the goals that motivated you to join the Y.
We offer personal, partner, and small group training to help you set and meet your personal fitness goals. Whether you're new to the gym and seeking extra guidance, our trainers will help you reach your goals in a way that works best for you.
This program aims to help people with pre-diabetes prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. Based on nationally funded research that showed eating healthier, increasing physical activity, and losing a small amount of weight can improve your chances by 58 percent.
This 12 week program for youth 8-14 years and their parents was developed in partnership with providers and professionals at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Y. By actively changing together, parents and kids can learn how to engage in healthy lifestyles as a family.
This 16-week program, designed for adults 18 and older, helps participants establish consistent routines for monitoring their blood pressure and learn about healthier eating habits by meeting twice a month with a Healthy Heart Ambassador.
Reclaim your health with this 12 week evidence-based physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors. Participants work with Y staff trained in supportive cancer care to safely achieve their goals, such as building muscle, and improving capacity to perform daily activities.
Pedaling a bicycle may change the life of someone with Parkinson’s disease. Research conducted at the Cleveland Clinic showed a 35 percent reduction in symptoms by the simple act of pedaling a bicycle at a rapid pace. This group-based cycling class is offered on an ongoing basis.
Improve your balance, mobility, walking and mental well-being in this adapted Tai Ji Quan program. You'll learn a variety of movements tailored to train, balance and control body movements for performing daily activities. This 12-week program meets two times a week.
