Program Registration Help
For most Y programs, registration opens seasonally to allow families to plan their activity schedules further in advance and choose multiple programs and activities at once.
Please note that while group swim lessons register on a seasonal calendar, private swim lessons will remain in a monthly registration cycle.

Spring One 2024
February 26–April 28, 2024, registration opens at 6:00 am:
- January 15 for Y members
- January 22 for Community members
Spring sports leagues and programs also open for registration.
Spring Two 2024
April 29–June 23, 2024, registration opens at 6:00 am:
- February 15 for Y members
- February 22 for Community members
Summer 2024
July 1–August 26, 2024, registration opens at 6:00 am:
- April 15 for Y members
- April 22 for Community members

Fall One 2024
September 3–October 27, 2024, registration opens at 6:00 am:
- June 15 for Y members
- June 22 for Community members

In most cases, the registration links takes you to the specific program you're interested in, but you can also filter by when, where, and who or use the search tool to explore more.

Are there any programs that don't follow this registration timelines?
Yes, there are a few programs that don't follow this registration timeline including:
- Private Swim Lessons - monthly on the 15th at 6:00 am
- Birthday Parties - 90 days prior
- Personal & Specialty Training - Private training is always open for purchase, booking is done one-on-one with trainers. Team and specialty training varies by offering.

How do I cancel or change my program?
Please review our cancellation policies here. After reviewing, you may cancel or change your program by visiting your local Y, calling us at (206) 382-5022, or by emailing info@seattleymca.org.
I cannot afford the full cost of a program, is financial assistance available?
Yes! The Y is committed to ensuring everyone has access to quality and enriching programs. If the fee for a program presents a challenge for you, financial assistance is available.
For Y members, your program scholarship is already attached to your Y account and available upon registration. For community members, please drop by your local Y or call us at (206) 382-5022 to learn more.
Do Y members receive a discount on programs?
Yes! To see your Y member discount, please click the register button for your chosen program and click the activity to see pricing for both Y members and Community members.
