It happens! Here’s how you can resolve a missed payment on your account.
From expired credit cards to processing errors, there are a variety of reasons why payments for things like membership, personal training, or even a locker rental may have failed. No matter what the reason we’re here to help you resolve it.
If the balance owed on your account is greater than $45.00, your membership will not renew effective as of your next draft date. This way we don’t continue billing a payment method that doesn’t work.
We value you as a member of the Y and we're here to help in whatever way you need it.
Resolve your payment right away for peace of mind.
If your form of payment expired or was lost, use these steps to set up a new one.
Let us work with you to figure out the right payment option, including but not limited to setting up a payment plan, changing your payment date, or requesting financial assistance.
Give us a call at 206-382-5022 for help, or reach out to us via this form on our website. Our phones are open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
