It happens! Here’s how you can resolve a missed payment on your account.
It happens! Here’s how you can resolve a missed payment on your account.
From expired credit cards to processing errors, there are a variety of reasons why payments for things like membership, personal training, or even a locker rental may have failed. No matter what the reason we’re here to help you resolve it.
If the balance owed on your account is greater than $45.00, your membership will not renew effective as of your next draft date. This way we don’t continue billing a payment method that doesn’t work.
We value you as a member of the Y and we're here to help in whatever way you need it.
Get started by logging into your account, and then use the instructions below if you need them.
