Workshop - Mind & Body

Reboot for the New Year, where you will learn techniques to center and turn down the noise, giving you the ability to be more mindful. Yella will show you some yoga poses that can help with digestion, prepare you for sleep and get blood flowing from head to toes. Diane will discuss the best brain boosting foods, how getting adequate sleep and enough exercise are important to brain health, and techniques for being more mindful at mealtimes.
