Dive into the world of yoga with Jennifer Fish, a devoted yoga practitioner and teacher who has been studying and practicing yoga for 45 years. This workshop will explore yoga?s enormous health benefits, featuring classic postures and pranayama breathing exercises. After a yoga practice, participants will learn about and practice transcendental meditation. A unique exercise used to help release stress, delete monkey mind, and reboot the mental state. Finishing the workshop with a special half hour of Yoga Nidra.
