This program is designed to maintain and develop skills for waterpolo. Participants should have basic swimming skills and some knowledge of waterpolo. The time will be used for conditioning and skill development, bringing your own waterpolo ball is encouraged. Participants must fill out a volunteer packet. Players MUST be able to pass these following skills:
Swim 200 yards of crawl stroke in 4 minutes
Swim 50 yards continuously of crawl stroke head up in 2 minutes
Tread water for 2 minutes.
