Swim Team - Yost Penguins Dryland

Improving swim performance through additional aerobic exercise and strength training every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am at Yost Pool. Participants should come prepared each day wearing athletic pants/shorts, a t-shirt, and running shoes. Example workouts include: trail running in Yost Park, core strengthening exercises, improving shoulder and hip flexibility, and introducing body-weight strengthening exercises.
