Group Swim Lessons - Swim Basics

Learn basic swim and water safety skills and build confidence in the water! Our Swim Basics program focuses on two key swim sequences swim, float, swim and jump, push, turn, grab. These skills are foundational in providing a safe swimming experience. Students will need to be accompanied by a supervising adult from the same household membership in the water while a YMCA instructor leads lessons and activities.
