Teens in the Kitchen (Ages 14-16)

Students gain confidence in the kitchen while learning and building upon concepts like knife skills and safety, kitchen safety, food label and recipe reading, how to recognize fresh ingredients, how to season dishes, and much more.

Over each of the three days, we will cook healthy and delicious dishes for every mealtime of the day. Students will learn to prepare fresh and whole ingredients to create meals the whole family will love.

Ingredients will include eggs, dairy, meats and poultry, wheat, vegetables and fruits.
