3rd Q Kids U: NS (e) Fri 4-5pm, Lacrosse Basics

Lacrosse is a game that looks a lot like field hockey and soccer, played on a large rectangular field with a goal at each end. The object is to score goals by getting a small, hard rubber ball into the goal, and the ball is carried and passed using a stick with a triangular pocket or basket at the end. It is also a sport that teaches team building and leadership skills. In this class you will learn the basics of throwing, catching, and cradling. * For those families who are not choosing the monthly payment option, and don't want to pay the total amount upfront, you are able to create a payment plan. In order to do this, you have to register over the phone with our front desk staff or in-person here at the Northshore Y. You will not be able to schedule payment plans through online registration.
