Join your workout buddies for a special Thanksgiving Day workout. Please bring a non-perishable food item for the West Seattle Food Bank. Doors open 15 minutes early and close when classes start - don't be late! No childcare. No locker rooms. No other workout spaces available. Free to all! Bring your friends, family, and neighbors.
