The classic Northwest woodlands and gardens at Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island allow you to interact with nature in a deeply personal way. Some refer to it as ?forest therapy? because with each step taken along the trail, stress and worries melt away and the opportunity to connect with others and the natural world deepens. Bloedel?s twelve distinct gardens range from a Bird Marsh teeming with life, to a velvety-soft Moss Garden, to an award-winning Japanese Garden.
We will explore the reserve on a 2 1/2 hour guided tour. There will be extensive walking and standing with hills.
