This class is for kids ages 4-12 who love to get involved in making their own healthy meals. Your young chef will have a blast learning fundamental kitchen skills, age-appropriate cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and important nutrition facts. Students will learn basic cooking skills during this 4 session class. Responsibility will be divided up based on behavior, age and willingness to learn!

Week 1: Taste of Italy- Ricotta Gnocchi with Tomato & basil sauce and Garlic bread
Week 2: Mexican Flavors- Black Bean, Corn, & Poblano Quesadillas, Guacamole, & baked tortilla chips
Week 3: Dinner in India- Naan & Channa Masala (Chickpea Curry)
Week 4: Chinese Appetizers- Green Onion Pancakes & Cream Cheese Wontons
