Learn the ancient rituals and essentials of ayurvedic indian cooking (vegan). From ayurvedic spices, balancing doshas, ghee-making, proper food combinations and eating guidelines that compliment the seasons ahead.
Group will meet twice a week and will include hands on training in the kitchen, discussion and identification of Indian spices and outreach on the benefits of vegan eating.
Ayurvedic lunch will be offered at each session. Program supplies included in registration cost(s).
