Taught by Nationally certified Personal Trainers and Registered Dieticians, our instructors are professionals trained to help you set and achieve realistic goals, and keep undesired weight off permanently. This is no fad diet! Program includes: weekly weigh-ins, tracking of food and physical activity, group accountability and advice you can trust.
