TRX Small Group Training

Join Chad three days a week for a 30-minute high intensity workout incorporating specialized equipment like TRX, gliders, balls, bands and everything in between. Being capped at 8 participants, members will progress together over the six-week period with special attention from a personal trainer who has been in the Fitness industry for over 20 years.
