This is a dynamic and challenging whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, resistance bands, exercise balls, and body bars as strength-building tools. Exercise will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Be prepared to work all your muscles! This small group will take place in the Loft Space.
Small Group Training or "SGT" takes the personalized design of working with a personal trainer and combines it with the community and team aspect of a group exercise class. Your session will involve no more than 6 individuals and is led by one of our nationally certified personal trainers, who will guide you through various exercise modalities based on the session theme.
