This class is a continuation from the previous one. This is primarily open for past participants.
The Lifting Squad is an extreme approach to weight lifting designed for people with an experienced fitness background. This 6 week series focuses on compound weight lifting and barbell work, with emphasis on form and technique. This is a team based small group training so be ready to sweat, work and get to know your fellow YMCA community. We are here to celebrate our love for the iron.
