Small Group Training - Express

Functional Strength Circuit: This group will focus on improving overall fitness by utilizing a High Intensity Interval Training method. Sessions will include medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, battle ropes, and body weight exercises. Each session will be a mix of new exercises accompanied by exercises learned in the previous weeks to improve overall fitness!
