Small Group Training - New Year New You

Join our Snoqualmie Y Personal Trainers in taking a leap towards reaching greater fitness heights! Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, or looking to improve athletic performance, these groups are a great way to keep motivation going after the New Year excitement wanes. The 6-week program is in small group format (maximum of 4 people) to create affordable costs with group accountability and support, and is customized to help each individual reach their specific goal.Program Includes:?Initial and Post Body Composition Assessment?Individual Goal Setting?Once Weekly Small Group Workouts, with additional twice weekly workout assignments?Nutrition Guidance and Food Journaling?The Small Group Training will use a mix of Strength Training and Cardio Bursts
