Small Group Training-Basic Strength & Conditioning

Learn the techniques for a variety of basic exercise for a challenging, fun full-body workout. This is an intermediate level small group and is geared toward those who have a basic knowledge and understanding of strength movements. Basic Strength & Conditioning will take place in the Loft Space.

Small Group Training or "SGT" takes the personalized design of working with a personal trainer and combines it with the community and team aspect of a group exercise class. Your session will involve no more than 6 individuals and is led by one of our nationally certified personal trainers, who will guide you through various exercise modalities based on the session theme.
