Small Group Training ? Women on Weights

Women on Weights is a 7 week program tailored for women using various free weight equipment. You will learn how to put together a strength training program, how to properly use free weights and how to manage your progress. Participants will leave class confident in the weight room, with a library of exercises and program to begin strength training successfully on their own
