Small Group Training - Total Body Strength

The Total Body Strength group sessions will focus on strengthening the entire body through the use of dumbbells, barbells, and the weightlifting machines we have available. Each session will target a new group of muscles by utilizing the push/pull/legs method of weight training. We will demonstrate and practice proper weightlifting techniques and exercises to strengthen the entire body.
