Small Group Training - Balance and Stretch

This four-week small group will use a variety of equipment and techniques to improve balance through various strength moves. You can expect to learn how to move beyond your limits to greater functional fitness, core strength, stability, balance, and flexibility. This group is appropriate for those who have fair balance, but would like to improve even more.We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for this series. To receive a refund for the series, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the program start date of April 28.
