Afterburn/HIIT

This class is a high-intensity interval workout that will have enough variety to be fun and never stale. This class is great for weight loss, not only burning calories during BUT after you leave as well, hence the "afterburn" name. Boosting metabolism by creating that afterburn effect. You will use treadmills, weights other fun equipment to help you make the most out of your workout.
