Pregnancy is an incredibly special time and an immensely valuable opportunity to develop self care and compassion for ourselves. Through this class, we'll utilize various yoga poses to help aid common discomforts of pregnancy. We'll find ways to connect to our pelvis, developing flexibility, strength, and awareness. Most importantly, we'll explore the connection between rest and the nervous system, and how this connection can help us immensely during labor.
