Small Group Training - Ropes!

Use power ropes and other fun tools to build strength and condition the body! Small group training allows you to have fun with your friends while getting in shape at an affordable price. Join a YMCA Personal Trainer and 3-6 members for a customized group workout. If spots are available we will accept late sign-ups on a pro-rated basis. 4 sessions $60 per person
