Small Group Training - Kickbox HIIT

Burn unwanted fat, improve your muscle tone and increase your metabolism with 30 mins of HIIT workout using weights, bands etc, followed by an explosive 30 mins of contact Kickboxing using the punching bag, mittens etc. All levels welcome. Gloves are provided but highly recommended that you bring your own. Meeting place will be at the Loft.
