Small Group Training - Run Unlimited!

Run Unlimited! is an 8-week coached program designed to jumpstart a new running program or enhance your current one. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this program offers opportunities to learn the basics of running as well as improve running-specific fitness and strength. Develop training strategies and routines under the guidance of a seasoned coach and certified personal trainer. Join a fun community of active people for support, encouragement, and adventures!

Program includes 2 workouts per week:

Mondays 7:30-8:30pm at the Carol Edwards Center - Total Body Conditioning

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm at Canyon Park Junior High - track workout (rain or shine)


Access to Northshore Y Multisport Group on Facebook (by invitation only)

Customized track workouts for different levels and challenging full body workouts modified for all abilities

Facility Members: $80

Community Members: $200

Minimum 5 participants
