Pilates Reformer Level 1&2

Level 1 Focuses on expanding knowledge and application of basic Reformer exercises. Additional exercises that strengthen the core and connect core to the periphery and explored. Pace may be slow or quick.

Level 2 Focuses on building strength and endurance through more advanced exercises that contain additional choreography and coordination. Participants must have an understanding of basic principles and exercises as learned in Level 1. Pace will be matched to participant's abilities.
