Want to get more of an aerobic challenge with your Pilates Reformer practice? Jump class is a great cardio option utilizing the jump board on the Pilates Allegro Reformer. This fun and dynamic class incorporates low impact ) low and no gravity) jumping intervals with an emphasis on proper biomechanics of jumping and landing. An amazing lower body and core workout, jump class take extra care with feet, knees and torso alignment. Prior Reformer classes a must! 1 instructor for up to 5 students
