Small Group Training - TRX Suspension Training

Improve mobility, increase strength, sculpt muscles and burn fat. Experience an amazing and efficient way to work out with a single piece of equipment using your own body weight and a TRX suspension trainer. TRX is perfect for rehabilitation, athletic training, and everything in between. Small Group Training or "SGT" takes the personalized design of working with a personal trainer and combines it with the community and team aspect of a group exercise class. Your session will involve no more than 6 individuals and is led by one of our nationally certified personal trainers, who will guide you through various exercise modalities based on the session theme.
