Outdoors Event - Youth Karate

All belts and experience levels are welcome! Boost your fitness and self-confidence through Karate, a traditional martial art shaped by East Asian philosophy and training methods. Learn a variety of techniques focused on self defense and traditional forms while learning about cultural history that teaches respect, compassion, and dedication. Classes meet once a week continuously on Monday and belt tests are performed as each student progresses. Classes take place in the Fitness 2 studio on Mondays for 16 weeks.
