Register for both days of Karate classes and save! In this option you have the opportunity to participate two days a week, Monday and Wednesday. All belts and experience levels are welcome! Boost your fitness and self-confidence through Karate, a traditional martial art shaped by East Asian philosophy and training methods. Learn a variety of techniques focused on self defense and traditional forms while learning about cultural history that teaches respect, compassion, and dedication. Classes meet once a week continuously on either Monday or Wednesday and belt tests are performed as each student progresses.
