Yoga for Chronic Fatigue

In this series, we will explore our innate ability to restore energy and rejuvenate our mind/body by slowing down and doing less. We will be gently stretching the body in active postures before settling into passive restorative poses fully supported by props all within a still, quiet, dark, and warm environment.

All levels, including those new to yoga, are welcome.
