Yoga for Beginners is a workshop for students interested in trying yoga for the first time and for current students interested in refinement of the poses. Learn about what yoga is and how to use yoga to strengthen your body, develop your flexibility, and improve your mental health. Students will leave this workshop with an understanding of basic safety and alignment points along with more information on the importance of body awareness. Each pose will be guided step by step. No experience necessary. Open to all levels. All sessions begin with meditation. Every 'Body' is welcome!
