New to yoga or seeking a gently re-entry to your yoga practice? This workshop will focus on foundational yoga postures (asana), meditation, and breathing techniques. Students will learn proper body positioning in poses, including ways to modify for a safe yoga practice. Students will learn the basics of a modern yoga practice in a safe, supportive environment. This workshop will prepare you to attend regular group yoga classes with knowledge and confidence. You will be able to work at your own level and progress at your own pace.
