Workshop: Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of Yoga with poses, or asanas, performed seated on the floor or laying down. The poses are held for longer periods of time, sometimes 3-5 minutes and in some cases up to 20 minutes! It is the perfect complement to more active forms of yoga, or other fitness regimes, as it offers deeper access to our connective tissues, fascia and ligaments with aim of lubricating and protecting joints. No previous Yoga experience required.
