Workshop - Meditation for Everyone

?This is a Beginning Level Meditation class for anyone. You will be provided with basic information about meditation and the benefits of having a regular meditation practice. You will learn the goal of a successful meditation session and be provided some tips to try during meditation. For the last 5 - 10 minutes, you will be guided through a short meditation.
